- 6 large eggs, plus 12 egg yolks
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 24-inch loaf day-old French bread, but into 1/2 inch thick

- Raspberry Sauce:
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp. grated orange zest
- 2 cups fresh or unsweetened frozen raspberries
- White Chocolate Sauce:
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup white chocolate morsels
