Burrito Casserole
Great Casserole
ingredients
- 1 Can Enchilada Sauce
- 1 Can Brown Gravy or 1 Packet Powdered Brown Gravy Mix - Mixed according to package directions
- 1 Can Tomato Sauce
- 2 lbs Ground Beef(Sirloin, chuck or hamburger)
- 2 Packets Taco Mix
- 1 Can Refried Beans
- 2 8 oz Packages Mexican Blend Cheese
- 10 Corn or Flour Tortilla Wraps
- Lettuce if desired
- Tomatoes if desired

Grease 11x13 baking pan and preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix together enchilada sauce, tomato sauce and brown gravy. Warm either on stove or microwave.

Fry ground beef, drain fat. Mix together with taco mix according to package direction and add refried beans. Cook until excess moisture is absorbed.

To assemble, warm tortillas for 15 seconds in microwave. Put just enough enchilada sauce mix in bottom of pan to coat thinly. Put 1/4 cup beef mixture down center of tortilla. Top with cheese and roll up jelly roll style. Place in pan. Continue until pan is full. Top with enchilada sauce mixture. Bake for 35 minutes, top with cheese and bake 10 for minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with lettuce and tomato if desired.
