Slow roasted beef brisket on the grill. This will serve a bunch of people and is good on sandwiches the next day.

ingredients

Beef Brisket
  • 1 whole Beef Brisket, with fat left on
  • Oil
  • Matt’s Dry Rub (double recipe)
  • Aluminum Pan

  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp coarse Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

notes

For a gas grill, turn off all but one burner; being sure burner that controls gas is left on. Place aluminum pan on side where burners are off. For charcoal grills, build fire on one side of grill and place pan on the other side.
