Easy Chocolate Mousse

ingredients
- 6 envelops (1oz each) Milk Chocolate Hot Cocoa Mix
- 1/4 c boiling water
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 container (16oz) frozen nondairy whipped topping, thawed
- In a large bowl, combine cocoa mix with water until dissolved. Stir in vanilla. Gently fold together cocoa mixture and whipped topping until well blended. Refrigerate 30-40 minutes until firm
