Tomato Bacon Squares
ingredients
- 6 Slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
- 1/3 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/3 cup onion chopped
- 4 medium plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
- 1 package (10 ounces) refrigerated pizza crust
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 3 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded (3/4 cup)

Preheat oven to 375. Cook bacon over medium heat until crisp, drain on paper towels. Crumble bacon and chop green pepper and onion.

Cut tomatoes crosswise, seed and chop. Mix together bacon, pepper, onion, tomatoes and basil.

Roll out pizza dough.

Mix mayonnaise with pressed Garlic. Spread evenly over crust. Top evenly with bacon mixture and shred cheese over the top.

Bake 18-20 minutes or until top is bubbly and golden brown.
