Chili
I’ve given you the basic ingredients for my chili - you decide the quantities of these ingredients.
ingredients
- ground beef
- bacon, cut and cooked to tender (drain oil)
- ribeye roast, cut in cubes 1 1/2 to 2" thick
- ground breakfast sausage
- beef and pork bones (such as neck bones)
- stewed tomatoes
- green pepper, coarsely cut
- brown or yellow onions, coarsely cut
- jalapeno peppers, fresh or jarred (if jarred, drain and rinse)
- chile peppers, fresh or jarred (if jarred, drain and rinse)
- pinto beans, canned
- kidney beans (red and white), canned
- yellow corn meal, cooked thin
- chili powder
- bay leaf
- ground cumin
- salt and pepper
- brown sugar
- garlic powder

1. Brown all meats, first marinade your cut eye roast in your favorite marinade.

2. Add canned beans right from the can before serving your chili, no need to further cook your already cooked beans.

3. Season as much as you want to your own taste.
