Christmas Cheese Ball
ingredients
- 2 large cream cheese blocks
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped onion
- 1 small can crushed pineapple (drained)
- 1 tbsp season salt
- 1 1/2 cup chopped pecans
directions
Let cream cheese soften. Mix everything together reserving 3/4 cup chopped pecans. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Roll into a ball and then roll in the remaining pecans. You can also place in small pan/dish and cover the top with nuts.
