GRAPE SALAD
ingredients
- 4 pounds seedless Red Grapes
- 1 8oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 8oz sour cream
- 1/2 cup white sugar (splenda or stevia)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 oz chopped pecans
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar (opt. for sprinkling on top)

Mix sour cream and cream cheese together until smooth, mix in sugar or sugar substitute, vanilla, and pecans then fold in grapes until well coated.

Refrigerate until ready to serve
