Shrimp Macaroni Salad
This works really well with Mom’s BBQ chicken.
ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- celery seed to taste
- pepper to taste
- 3 or 4 eggs
- 8 oz. shrimp
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked & drained
directions

Hard boil the eggs, cool, peel & slice
- 2
Boil, drain & cool the macaroni
- 3
Boil the shrimp, cool, peel & cut into bite size pieces
- 4
Mix the rest of the ingredients to make the dressing
- 5
Mix all together & chill
- 6
Slice the eggs & serve on top
