Lisa's Green Chili Enchiladas
ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. fried ground beef
- 2 c. grated monterray jack cheese
- corn tortillas
- 1 can greeen enchilada sauce
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can milk
directions
Fry meat, set aside. Soften tortillas by frying in butter lightly. Mix milk, sauce and soup and heat in a sace pan. Stuff each tortilla with meat and cheese. Roll up amd place on caserole. Sprinkle cheese on top. Pour on sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins.
