Chicken Carolines
ingredients
Carolines- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) Butter
- 1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 tsp White Pepper
- 1 1/2 - 2 cups Cooked Chicken, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup Celery, finely chopped (optional) or use 1/2 tsp. Celery Seed
- 2 Tbls Chopped Green Pepper
- 2 Tbls Chopped Pimiento
- 1/4 tsp. Dillweed
- 1/4 tsp. Chervil
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/8 tsp. Cayenne
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
