Gougere Aux Fines Herbes = Herb Bread
A delicious eggy pull-apart bread that is sure to be a hit.
ingredients
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) Butter
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp Dry Mustard
- 1/2 tsp Thyme
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Chervil
- 2 Tbls Chopped Parsley
- 1/2 tsp Basil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 Cayenne
- 1 1/2 cups Grated Swiss Cheese
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Use fresh herbs if available. Otherwise dried herbs work equally well.
