Soft, warm muffins filled with sweet, juicy peaches and fresh blue berries covered on top with cranberry sauce.

ingredients

  • (1) box of blueberry mix
  • (1/3) cup of water
  • (1) cup of frozen, unsweetened peaches
  • (1/3) cup whole cranberry sauce
  • (1/8) teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • (1/8) teaspoon almond extract

    Combine muffin mix with water then combine spoon equal amounts of diced peaches.

  • 2

    Bake 15-20 minutes then cool on wire rack.Cook cranberry sauce with cinnamon in small saucepan over medium heat for 2 minutes while stirring.Then remove and add almonds.

    After the muffins are cool, remove and add spoon amount cranberry sauce over the muffins.Let stand for 30 minutes.
