Peach-Berry Muffins
Soft, warm muffins filled with sweet, juicy peaches and fresh blue berries covered on top with cranberry sauce.
ingredients
- (1) box of blueberry mix
- (1/3) cup of water
- (1) cup of frozen, unsweetened peaches
- (1/3) cup whole cranberry sauce
- (1/8) teaspoon ground cinnamon
- (1/8) teaspoon almond extract

Combine muffin mix with water then combine spoon equal amounts of diced peaches.

Bake 15-20 minutes then cool on wire rack.Cook cranberry sauce with cinnamon in small saucepan over medium heat for 2 minutes while stirring.Then remove and add almonds.

After the muffins are cool, remove and add spoon amount cranberry sauce over the muffins.Let stand for 30 minutes.
