Creamed Corn Au Gratin
ingredients
- 12 oz. whipping cream
- 1 lb. frozen corn
- 1 1/2 tbls. melted butter
- 1 1/2 tbls. flour
- 2 tbls. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pinch white pepper
- 3 tbls. grated parmesean cheese
directions
Combine corn, cream, salt, sugar, and pepper in a pot and bring to a boil. Simmer 5 minutes. Make a roux from butter and flour, add to corn, mix well and remove from heat. Pour into 9x13, sprinkle cheese and broil until golden brown.
