Easy, Whole Grain, Cinnamon Waffles
I made these for a weekly cooking class I teach at Zach’s preschool, The Growing Place. I thought they’d be perfect for the kids because they are sweet and dessert-like, but also for the parents because they incorporate whole-grain flour and fruit. They were a hit with everyone and have become our go-to recipe on lazy weekend mornings.
