Stuffing
ingredients
- 9 cups bread crumbs - toasted white bread, challah, sour dough, cornbread
- 2 onions chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- garlic
- quince
- oregano
- 1 lb sausage
- parsley
- sage
- salt
- pepper
- butter
- 3 eggs
- milk
directions

Place cubed bread in bowl and add enough mild to soften. Melt butter and saute onion, celery, garlic, and add to bread. Brown sausage. Mix everything together and stuff the turkey.

Any extra - put in pan and dribble with chicken broth. Bake at 350 degrees until top is crisp.
