Hunters Shrimp and Feta
ingredients
- 8 oz. angel hair pasta
- 1 1/2 lb shrimp - peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 6+ oz. crumbled feta
- 2 cans Del Monte Italian style diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 tsp dry basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- garlic
- pinch of red pepper

Cook pasta and rinse with cold water. When ready to use pour hot water over to warm.

Saute shrimp in 2 Tbs; olive oil and red pepper for 1-2 minutes. Remove shrimp and put in 10x6x2 dish. Sprinkle with feta and set aside. Add remaining oil to skillet and saute garlic. Add tomatoes with juice and cook for 1 minutes. Stir in wine, basil, salt and pepper. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Spoon over shrimp and bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees.

Spoon shrimp over pasta.
