Salami with Mustard Saurce

ingredients

  • huge Hebrew National salami
  • 1-2 jars of Honey Cup stone ground mustard

    Bake salami- covered with tinfoil for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

  • 2

    Open up and split in 1/2 and cover with mustard. Bake for 10 more minutes uncovered.

  • 3

    Save extra sauce for side dipping.

Try to get the big salami at Costco. If not available, can use a small one.
