  • 1 lb sharp cheddar
  • 1 small jar pimentos
  • 2 tbsp self rising flour
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 22 tsp mayo
  • dash of salt

    Melt butter over low heat.

    Add flour.

    Stir.

    Add milk.

    Add cheese.

    Mix.

    Turn heat off.

    Add pimentos.

    Let cool.

  • 10

    Add mayo and salt.
