Pot Roast

  • 1 rump roast
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom
  • 1 packet Lipton onion soup mix

    Place roast in crock pot.

  • 2

    Pour soup mix over roast (make sure to get mix on all sides).

    Pour soup over roast (make sure to get some soup under the roast to prevent sticking).

    Add 1 tbsp of water.

  • 5

    Cook on low heat for 8 hours (or on high for 5 hours).

  • 6

    Roast is done when a fork can pull it apart.

  • 7

    ***Add onions, carrots and potatoes and cook along with the roast if desired***
