healthy oatmeal cookie
this really is a good cookie if you are wanting healthy! lol
ingredients
- 1/2 c. splenda granulated sugar
- 1/2 c.splenda brown sugar
- 1/2 c. canola oil
- 1/2 c. quick oats
- 1/2 c. egg beaters
- 1/2 c. wheat flour
- 1/2 c. white flour
- 1/2 c. choc. chips
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
directions
- 1
mix all together, drop by spoonfuls onto baking sheet.

bake in 375 degree oven for about 6-8 min. cookies will be soft.
