Crockpot Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 8 oz (12 oz) macaroni, drained
  • 1 (2) small can evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 (1 3/4) cups milk
  • 2 (3) large eggs
  • 3 (6) cups grated sharp cheddar
  • 1/2 stick (3/4 stick) amelted margarine
  • 1 (2) tsp salt
  • 2 (3) tbsp oil

    Toss macaroni in oil.

  • 2

    Add other ingredients.

  • 3

    Put in greased crockpot, stir.

  • 4

    Sprinkle extra cheese over the top.

  • 5

    Cook on low heat for 4-4 1/2 hours.
