• Inside:
• 3 cups potatoes
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/4 cup melted butter
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 tsp salt
• Topping:
• 1/2 cup melted butter
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup self rising flour
• 1 cup chopped pecans
• (if you like a really crunchy top, double the topping mixture)
