Lemon-Cranberry Tuna Salad Sandwiches
ingredients
- 1/3 C Fat-free Mayonnaise
- 1/4 C Reduced-Fat sour cream
- 1/4 C Dried cranerries, sweetened, coarsely chopped
- 1 T fresh dill, chopped
- 1 t black pepper, freshly ground
- 1/4 t Lemon zest
- 1 t fresh lemon juice
- 12 oz. water-packed tuna fish, drained
- 8 Basil leaves
- 1 Small cucumber, sliced
- 8 Leaf bibb lettuce
- 4 average French rolls, sliced in half horizontally

* Combine the first 7 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir in tuna

* Place 2 basil leaves on bottom halves of each roll; top basil leaves evenly with tuna mixture. Top each sandwich with cucumber slices, 2 lettuce leaves, and tops of rolls
