Basil Torte
Pretty holiday appetizer with red and green colors.
ingredients
- Fresh Basil leaves (whole and chopped)
- Whipped Cream Cheese- several large containers
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes (packed in oil)- chopped
- Pesto
- Pine Nuts
- Crackers

Line small round bowl with waxed paper.

Line the bottom and sides of bowl with whole fresh basil leaves. Looks really pretty if you arrange them in a star shape.

Layer cream cheese, chopped fresh basil, pine nuts, sun-dried tomatoes, more cream cheese, and pesto. Repeat until bowl is full.

Let set in refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

To serve, turn bowl upside down on plate.

Serve with crackers.
