Pretty holiday appetizer with red and green colors.

ingredients

  • Fresh Basil leaves (whole and chopped)
  • Whipped Cream Cheese- several large containers
  • Sun-Dried Tomatoes (packed in oil)- chopped
  • Pesto
  • Pine Nuts
  • Crackers

directions

    Line small round bowl with waxed paper.

  • 2

    Line the bottom and sides of bowl with whole fresh basil leaves. Looks really pretty if you arrange them in a star shape.

  • 3

    Layer cream cheese, chopped fresh basil, pine nuts, sun-dried tomatoes, more cream cheese, and pesto. Repeat until bowl is full.

  • 4

    Let set in refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

  • 5

    To serve, turn bowl upside down on plate.

  • 6

    Serve with crackers.
