Au Gratin and Oven Potatoes

ingredients

- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 C milk
- small minced onion
- 5 C sliced, cooked potatoes
- 1 C shredded sharp cheese
- Oven Potatoes
- 1 (21lb) pkg frozen hash browons, thawed
- 1/4 c butter
- 1/2 C chopped onion
- 1/2 t pepper
- 1 1/2 t salt
- 1 (8oz) pkg grated cheddar cheese
- 1 (8oz) carton sour cream
- 1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream chicken soup
- 1/2 C corn flake crumbs
- 2 T butter, softened

Blen soup, milk, onion.

In a buttered casserole, arrange layers of potatoes, soup mixture and cheese

Bake 30 min at 400 degrees

Oven Potatoes

Place potato mixture in large buttered casserole. Combine corn flake crumbs and abutter

sprinkle over top

Bake 45-50 min at 350 degrees
