- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1 cup minute rice
