Chicken Caesar Pizza

  • 1 Boboli Pizza Crust
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic
  • 1 cup Ken’s Lite Caesar Salad Dressing
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 wedge fresh Parmesan cheese
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce
  • 3 Roma tomatoes
  • 1 bunch green onions

    Place pizza crust on baking stone. Dice chicken breasts and sauté in 2 Tbls. Caesar dressing and set aside. Crush garlic and rub over pizza crust. Brush 2 Tbls. of Caesar dressing on pizza crust. Top with mozzarella cheese and sautéd chicken. Grate Parmesan cheese all over the top, as much as desired.

    Bake at 375° for 25 minutes.

    While baking, chop lettuce, tomatoes, and green onions. Combine in a bowl with desired amount of salad dressing and grated Parmesan cheese. Remove pizza from oven and let cool for 10 minutes. Top with salad mixture and slice.
