Great GMA Weidenfeller's Swedish Meatballs
Great on a cold night!
ingredients
- Meatballs
- 1 1/4 lb ground beef
- 3 slices chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c bread crumbs
- 2 T milk
- 1/2 t (+) nutmeg, paprika, celery salt
directions

Mix all ingredients and brown meatballs on all sides in electric skillet. Fairly heavily flour meatballs in the pan by sprinkling flour on all sides. Cover with milk stirring in the flour and cook slowly till thickened (30-45 mins) Thicken with flour and water if necessary.

Serve over “smashed” potatoes.

I always add more of each spice to my gravy.
