Potatoes Byron
ingredients
- 6 large baking potatoes
- 1 cube butter melted
- 1/2 tsp salt
- pepper
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
directions
Bake potatoes. Scoop out pulp (do not mash, but leave in pieces. Place in casserole dish. Pour butter and salt and pepper over potatoes. Pour cream over and let stand 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in preheated 375 degree oven until cheese melts and forms a golden crust.
