Touch of Singapore Salad
ingredients
- Mixture #1
- 1 bunch of bokchoy (washed, dried and diced)
- 1 bunch of spring onions (washed, dried and sliced)
- Mixture #2
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 packages of Ramen noodle soup mixes – CRUSHED – before opening packages (discard dry seasoning mixes)
- 2 tbs sesame seeds
- 1 package of sliced almonds (2.25 oz)
- Mixture #3
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup vinegar (I used red wine)
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp light soy sauce
