ingredients

  • Mixture #1
  • 1 bunch of bokchoy (washed, dried and diced)
  • 1 bunch of spring onions (washed, dried and sliced)
  • Mixture #2
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 packages of Ramen noodle soup mixes – CRUSHED – before opening packages (discard dry seasoning mixes)
  • 2 tbs sesame seeds
  • 1 package of sliced almonds (2.25 oz)
  • Mixture #3
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup vinegar (I used red wine)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp light soy sauce
