Creamy Ceaser Salad
The creamy dressing that flavors the salad beautifly and a crunchy home made crutans that will tingle your taste buds.
ingredients
- Garlic Clove
- 5 Anchovy Fillets
- 3 oz. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 7 oz. Vegetable Oil
- 5 oz. Parmesan Cheese
- 4 Egg Yolks
- 1 Loaf of Freanch Bread
- Honey Mustard
- Italian Seasonings
- Tabasco
- Pepper
- Salt

1.Mash the garlic and the anchovie’s into a paste. 2.Combine and wisk.

3.Add egg and a tsp. of lemon juice into the bowl.

4.Slowly drissle in olive oil and vegetable oil.

5.Add parmesean cheese, tabasco, and honey mustard.

6.Preheat oven to 500 degreese farenhight on Broil.

7.Cut bread into bite size peaces.

8.Cover in olive oil and italian seasonings.

9.Bake for 5 min. or until brown and crunchy.

10.Serve on salad.
