Lemon Fluff
ingredients
- 1 large can evaporated milk (chilled)
- 1 small pkg. (6 ounce) lemon jello
- 1 3/4 cup hot water
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs (you need extra crumbs for topping dessert)

Chill unopened can of evaporated milk until icy cold. Dissolve jello in hot water and chill until partially set. Whip chilled jello until light & fluffy; add lemon juice and sugar. Whip chilled milk & fold into jello mixture.

Line bottom of a 9 x 13 pan with wafer crumbs. Pour gelatin mixture over crumbs. Top with any remaining crumbs. Chill until firm.

Mom would make this dessert for wedding showers and for Easter. I am not a fan of anything that isn't chocolate but, I broke the rules for this dessert.
