Beef Stroganoff
ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 medium onions, thinly sliced
- 1 can (4oz.) sliced mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp. four
- 1/3 Tsp. paprika
- 1/2 Tsp. salt
- Dash cayenne
- Dash pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
- Hot cooked egg noodles

Cook meat, remove fat. Heat butter in a skillet and add meat and onions. Cook, stirring over high heat to brown.

Add mushrooms with liquid. Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until meat is tender. Add flour and seasonings. Stir to mix. Add sour cream and milk and simmer, stirring until thickened and smooth.

Serve with noodles.
notes
Can use a boneless under blade steak (whatever that is...)
