Donna's Mac and Cheese
True homemade mac and cheese!
ingredients
- 4oz. macaroni
- cheese, grated cheddar/Colby jack
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- Salt
- Pepper
directions

Cook macaroni as directed, drain. Grate cheese into macaroni and add margarine, salt and pepper. Mix well.

Beat egg in a cup, finish filling with milk. Add to cheese mixture.

Pour into a casserole dish and add milk to almost top of mixture.

Bake at 400 degrees until mixture thickens.
