Donna's Lasagna
Donna is a great cook. She is fantastic with pastas and stuffed shells...
ingredients
- One pound ground beef
- 2 cans Italian tomato sauce
- 1 pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese
- Ricotta cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- Lasagna noodles
- 1 can tomato paste
directions

Cook meat, add tomato sauce and paste. Simmer for one hour.

Cook noodles in water with about 3 Tbsp. cooking oil.

When cooked, place one layer of meat in the bottom of a casserole dish, layer with 2 Tbs. ricotta cheese, then cheddar, then mozzarella, then parmesan. Cover with noodles and repeat.

Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until it bubbles.
