Black Bean Dip
Great with tortilla chips or toasted pita bread wedges.
ingredients
- 2 cups cooked and drained black beans
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped red pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped orange segments
- 2 Tbsp. orange juice
- 3 Tbsp. balsamic or red wine vinegar
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 habaneros, seeds and stems removed, minced
- 2 Tbsp. chopped, fresh cilantro
directions
Stir together, and allow to sit for one hour to blend the flavors.
notes
Goya beans are best with this recipe.
