Teriyaki Beef Kabobs
Tender, bite sized, flavourful beef cubes
ingredients
- 2 steaks, cubed
- 4 bamboo skewers
- Sauce:
- 1 cup Teriyaki Sauce
- 2 TBSP Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp garlic
- 2 TBSP Oyster Sauce
- 1/4 cup Sesame oil
- 1/2 onion, diced

1. Combine sauce ingredients, mix in cubes of beef.

2. Cover and refrigerate, 4 - 24 hours.

3. Put beef cubes onto skewers.

4. Heat remaining sauce, set aside.

5. Cook beef kabobs - to desired doneness, on indoor or outdoor grill.

6. Serve with rice or noodles. Top with remaining sauce.
