Tuna Lasagna Casserole
A hearty alternative to Tuna Noodle casserole. Yummy!
ingredients
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 T butter
- 1 (12 oz) can tuna, drained
- 1 (10.75 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 C milk
- 1/2 t garlic salt
- 1/4 t oregano
- 1/4 t black pepper
- 8 oz. whole wheat elbow macaroni
- 1 C shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 c grated parmesan
directions

1)Saute onion in butter until tender.

2)Stir in tuna, mushroom soup, milk, garlic salt, oregano, and pepper until combined. Set aside.

3)Cook macaroni until al dente.

4)Stir together cooked macaroni and tuna/soup mixture.

5)Pour into greased 8“ x 8” casserole pan.

6)Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and French fried onions.

7)Bake uncovered at 350° for 25-30 minutes.
