Hot Chicken Salad or Turkey
Great for a brunch or luncheon.
ingredients
- 4 cups diced cooked chicken
- 3 cups celery
- 3/4 cup almonds
- 3 teaspoons onions
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 small can diced pimento
- 1/2 cup potato chips
- Parmesan cheese
directions

Mix ingredients and place in slightly greased casserole.

Cover with crushed potato chips and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake in 350° oven for 30-40 minutes.
