Roasted Rosemary Red Potatoes
ingredients
- 3 lbs red potatoes, quartered
- 1/4 cup fresh rosemary
- 4 ounces of olive oil
- Kosher Salt, to taste
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste
directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large mixing bowl cover the quartered red potatoes with the olive oil. Add rosemary, salt, pepper and toss. Pour into roasting pan. Place into the oven and roast for 45 minutes. Serve immediately.
