Cheryl's Pasta Salad

ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 cups of sugar
  • 2 tbsp. of dried parsley flakes
  • 2 tbsp. of yellow mustard (not the dried variety)
  • 2 tsp. of Accent brand seasoning
  • 1 tsp. of salt
  • 2 tsp. of ground pepper
  • 1 tsp. of garlic salt
  • 1 small onion, quartered (I discard this before adding to pasta)
  • 1/2 cup or less of vegetable or olive oil
  • 1 Box of cooked Mostaccoli pasta

    In a blender or a bowl with a lid, mix;

  • 2

    Shake the mixture well until the sugar is dissolved, and then marinate in the fridge for 3 hours.

  • 3

    After 3 hours, mix with 1-1 1/2 boxes of cooked and cooled mostaccioli pasta and let sit in fridge for a few hours.
