Cheryl's Pasta Salad
ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups of sugar
- 2 tbsp. of dried parsley flakes
- 2 tbsp. of yellow mustard (not the dried variety)
- 2 tsp. of Accent brand seasoning
- 1 tsp. of salt
- 2 tsp. of ground pepper
- 1 tsp. of garlic salt
- 1 small onion, quartered (I discard this before adding to pasta)
- 1/2 cup or less of vegetable or olive oil
- 1 Box of cooked Mostaccoli pasta

In a blender or a bowl with a lid, mix;

Shake the mixture well until the sugar is dissolved, and then marinate in the fridge for 3 hours.

After 3 hours, mix with 1-1 1/2 boxes of cooked and cooled mostaccioli pasta and let sit in fridge for a few hours.
