SAUSAGE RICE CASSEROLE
ingredients
- 1 lb. bulk sausage
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 soup can water
- 1 cup uncooked white rice
directions
Brown sausage and drain. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir gently to mix. Spoon into a three quart casserole dish. Cover and bake at 325° for 2 hours.
