Grape Nut Puff Pudding

Another recipe from the Anderson side of the family. As long as they keep making Grape Nut cereal, you can use the recipe.
ingredients
- 4T butter
- 1 tsp grated lemon rind
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
- 3 T lemon juice
- 2 T flour
- 4 T Grape Nuts Cereal
- 1 cup milk
directions
Cream the butter and lemon rind. Add sugar and egg yolks. Add lemon juice and beat well. Add flour, Grape Nuts and milk. Beat well. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Turn into a greased casserole dish. Place in a pan of water in the oven and bake at 325° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
