ingredients

  • 1/3 c. Italian dressing
  • 1/3 c. salsa
  • 4 1/2 tsp. lime juice
  • 4 1/2 tsp. minced cilantro
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/4 tsp. grated lime peel
  • 1/4 tsp. hot sauce
  • 6 boneless pork loin chops

directions

  • 1

    1. In a bowl, combine first 7 ingredients. Pour 1/2 cup into a large resealable plastic bag; add pork chops. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade.

    2. Drain and discard marinade from chops. Broil chops 4" from heat for 7-8 minutes on each side. Baste with reserved marinade.

    1 chop equals 189 calories, 6 g fat, 90 mg chol, 194 mg sodium, 2 g carbs, 30 g protein
