Gazpacho (cold soup)
ingredients
- 2 tomatoes, cut in quarters
- 1 green pepper, cut up
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 cucumber, cut up
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, cut up
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoons EVOO
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cracked pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups tomato, V-8 or Snappy Tom juice
- parsley, to taste
- chives, to taste
directions
Combine all ingredients and chill 2 hours or overnight.
