Four-Way Cincinnati Turkey Chili
ingredients
- 1lb. ground turkey
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 1/2tsp. brown sugar
- 1/2tsp. salt and pepper
- 1/2tsp. cumin
- 1/4tsp. allspice
- 1/2 can beef broth
- 1(10oz) can crushed tomatoes
- 1Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 4c. cooked elbow macaroni
- 1 can black beans
- shredded cheese

Cook turkey, onion and garlic until turkey is brown. Drain liquid. Add cumin, chili powder, brown sugar, salt, pepper and allspice. stir until a ll spices coat turkey.

Stir in broth, tomatoes and vinegar. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes. serve over macaroni. Top with cheese.
