White Chicken Chili
This is a great soup during the Fall and Winter months.
ingredients
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 T. Olive oil
- 2 1/2 Tsp cumin
- 1/2 Tsp oregano
- 4 chicken breasts cooked and shredded
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 Tsp lemon-pepper seasoning
- 1 4oz can Green chilies (mild)
- 2 T. lemon juice
- 2 15oz cans great northern beans, undrained
- 2 9oz cans white shoe peg corn, undrained
directions

Cook onion and garlic in oil until onion is clear.

Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.
