Cameilia Cafe Chicken Salad
Chicken Salad from the Camellia Cafe in Daphne. This is a wonderful chicken salad recipe. Its fast and easy. Great for Spring or Easter brunch.
ingredients
- 5 Chicken Breasts - boiled, cooled and shredded
- 1/4 cup Sweet salad cubes
- 1/4 cup Dill relish
- 1/2 cup Pecan meal or pecan pieces
- 1/2 tbs. Basil
- 1 tbs. Cavender’s Greek Seasoning
- 1 cup Mayonnaise or to desired consistency
directions
Mix shredded chicken with salad cubes, dill relish, pecan meal, basin, seasoning and toss. Fold in mayonnaise. Chill and serve.

Cavender's is hard to find sometimes. Order on-line if you can't find it.
