Chicken in Lemon Marinade

ingredients
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Worchestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp hot sauce
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 6 skinned and boned chicken breasts
- Garnishes: lemon rind strips, parsley

*Process first 8 ingredients in a blender until smooth, stopping to scape down sides. Reserve 1/4 cup lemmon mixture and chill

*Place chicken in a shallow dish or zip-top freezer bag, pour remaining lemon mixture over chicken. Cover or seal, and chill 2 hrs,turning chicken occasionally

*Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade; place chicken on a lightly greased rack in a broiler pan.

*Broil 7 inches from heat 11 to 12 minutes on each side or until tender, basting chicken frequently with reserved lemon mixture. Garnish if desired.
